History about Shayona Land Corporation
Since 1989, the success story of Shayona Land Corporation is attributed to the fact of delivering around 40 projects in Ahmedabad and Gujarat. Belonging to a farmer community, Sureshbhai along with his uncle Late Bharatbhai Patel had a vision to embark on a journey for ensuring well-being of others in 1989.
Prior to embarking on their mission, they sought divine intervention from their BAPS spiritual leader His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj and laid the first foundation stone of Meghaninagar scheme in 1989. Thereafter, 400 homes were executed by them at fast pace.
This eventually led to the commencement of Shayona Land Corporation -- the name ‘Shayona’ coined after three Divine Gurus, Shastriji Maharaj, Yogiji Maharaj, and Narayan Swarup Das who is also fondly described as Pramukh Swami Maharaj. Pramukh Swami is currently the spiritual leader of BAPS.
Says Sureshbhai, “All your efforts can be handled smoothly due to consumers’ trust alone. Handing possession is not what we believe in, but these problems can be solved with ease if we stand with them through thick and thin. This remains our prime concern. Currently, 10 residential/commercial schemes have been completed recently.”

Currently, low-cost and high-cost schemes are underway in Gota, Ghatlodia, New Ranip, Meghaninagar and New Naroda-Nikol areas in city. There is always a long delay in applying for a loan through the bank. The consultancy provided by us clears every form of backlog on time and thereby, helping consumer get his desired home.
It is not just providing budgetary homes, but the Group has diversified its businesses in education sector as well.
Ahmedabad is a fast growing city and with businesses thriving at a fast pace, one needs to understand the mindset of middle class community that remains our priority. sDespite working hard throughout their lives, the long wish of a dream home remains unfulfilled for all sections of society.
Practically, this was the reason that led us to setting up low-cost, affordable and high-cost homes across Gujarat.
On the contrary, setting up Akshar Industrial Park at Changodhar (Near Sanand Highway) was a notable achievement. Barring chemical and pollution units, the Park is now hub to industrial units.
